Santa Cruz Hightower LT XTR Reserve Carbon CC

The Santa Cruz Hightower LT is a hard-charging 29er that still offers excellent climbing abilites. With 150mm of Virtual Pivot Point (VPP) travel and reasonable geometry, this bike is happy grinding uphill or pointing down some gnar. The “LT” makes an excellent daily driver for the aggressive rider and can really do-it-all. The Carbon CC frame is Santa Cruz’ high-end carbon fiber that is every bit as stiff and strong as the Carbon C, but saves some weight. The XTR Reserve build is the top-of-the-line Shimano build. This bike rolls on Santa Cruz’ new Reserve Carbon wheels with a 30mm diameter. These high-quality hoops are laced to light and reliable DT 240 hubs and are paired with aggressive, 2.4-inch Maxxis Minion DHRII tire. A brand-new Shimano XTR 1x12 drivetrain features a 51-tooth climbing gear. XTR brakes offer excellent power at crazy low weight.
