Ski/Bike Sales Associate

In this position, you will be responsible for handling various sales activities in our shop, including facilitating customer transactions and providing outstanding customer service. The specific duties and responsibilities of a bike/ski sales associate vary widely but typically include the following: 

  • Greeting customers when they walk through the door

  • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

  • Processing transactions and checking in bike/ski service work

  • Assisting with ski lease program with fittings and offering knowledge and direction to customers/families

  • Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

  • Having a basic understanding of BOTH ski and bike products and service 

  • Have a strong passion for the outdoors and ability to maintain a positive attitude. 

Job Type: Part Time (2-3 Days per week)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Monday & Saturday are ABSOLUTELY required shifts
