The hard-flexing Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 120 BOA is a versatile, low-volume freeride touring boot for those exploring the entire mountain. Uphill touring features and high-performance downhill capability come together in this narrow 98mm last. The micro-adjustable BOA® Fit System wraps the lower shell around the foot for a precise fit. This boot is constructed with Prolite technology, a slim profile with added reinforcement to critical zones for strong downhill performance. Memory Fit gives a custom fit of cuff and shell, together with the Mimic Platinum liner which shapes to the contours of your foot when heat-molded. Power Ankle Lock, or PAL, in the liner adds a dense layer around the ankle to hold your heel in place for optimum performance. Adaptive Fit System (AFS) Tongue can be repositioned for a perfect fit over your foot and shin. The cuff offers 54º of natural movement for a relaxed stride and comfort when standing. This touring boot comes with Free/Lock 4.5, a robust ski/walk mechanism that securely locks the cuff to the shell and has adjustable forward lean.
