Rental Demo Terms

  • Condition Expectations – It is expected that all gear used for rental and demo purposes will be returned in the same condition it was received in. We understand that this type of gear is subject to normal wear and tear (minor cosmetic damage), however, if the gear is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear or damage that renders the gear unusable, the customer will be responsible for respective damages. The bottom line is to treat our gear like it’s your own.
  • Liability Waiver – Anyone who rents or demos equipment will have to sign off on liability waiver in person at pickup. Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign a liability waiver. We currently do not have kids rentals and are not responsible for items (e.g. skis, bikes) not fitting if rented for anyone under the age of 18.
  • Rental/Demo Duration
    Per Day = PM pickup & next day PM return
    Per Weekend = PM Friday pickup & Monday AM return
  • A valid ID and credit card are required to be presented at time of the bike or ski rental pick-up. The credit card is recorded, but not charged – unless needed in the case of damage.

All rentals/demos that are not brought back on time will be subject to a per day charge based upon the daily rate of the gear rented/demoed.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your rental reservation 72-hours ahead of time to avoid a cancellation fee. Bike & Ski rentals canceled with less than the 72-hour notice will be charged the full price of the rental. No shows or non-cancelled rentals will be charged for the reservation in full.
