Repairs

All of our repair services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a repair, bring your repair item back and we will work on it until you are satisfied at no extra charge. We ask for a 50% deposit on any repair that requires parts that need to be special ordered.

Returns

Bicycles, skis, and ski boots cannot be returned once purchased. All other items can be returned within seven days with the original receipt for a full refund provided that they are in new condition (unopened, in original packaging, or including original tags still attached). After seven days, all items may be returned for store credit only. Sale items may be returned with original receipt within seven days for store credit only.

Special Orders

All special orders placed require a 50% deposit, 15% of which is non-refundable. Excluding bicycles, skis, and ski boots, special orders items may be returned within seven days with the original receipt. All special order items must be returned in new condition (unopened, in original packaging, or including original tags still attached) for an 85% full refund. The 15% non-refundable deposit is to cover any return shipping costs associated with the special order return.

Warrantees

All products sold at Allspeed Cyclery & Snow are subject to manufacture's warrantees. Please see individual manufacture's warranties for more information or contact us.
