Our Returns Policy

Returns within 30 days of original purchase.
Items purchased within 30 days may return for a full refund, exchange, or store credit as long as the item is new and unused and includes all original undamaged packaging and tags.

Returns after 30 days of original purchase.
Items may only be returned for store credit of the current in-store selling price of the item. The item must be new and unused and includes all original undamaged packaging and tags.

Returns after 60 days of original purchase
Items may not be returned or exchanged after 60 days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (wrong item, defective) contact us and we will pay the return shipping costs. Returnable items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition with original packaging and tags attached. Items returned after 30 days of delivery will result in store credit being issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within five business days. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually five business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Returning or Exchanging Items

  • You can return or exchange product from by mail or at our retail location.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns and exchanges.
  • Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, including all original packaging.
  • Clothing must be new and unwashed with original tags attached.
  • Mounted skis and bindings are not refundable.
  • Special orders are not refundable.

Quantities of the product may be limited. To expedite an exchange, we recommend placing a new order while returning the unwanted product. product may go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. In this scenario, we will refund your payment for the purchase.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail
When returning a product by mail, we recommend you ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping Policies

Our Shipping Policies shipments are subject to shipping schedules of our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Items that are ordered after 4:00 p.m. EST on a Friday, will be shipped on the following Monday.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please be aware that bicycle orders take extra time to process and ship. There might be an additional shipping fee depending on the model of the bike and location of the purchaser.

Misc Policies

All of our repair services are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a repair, bring your repair item back, and we will work on it until you are satisfied at no extra charge. We ask for a 50% deposit on any repair that requires parts that need to be special ordered.

Special Orders
All special orders placed require a 50% deposit, 15% of which is non-refundable. Excluding bicycles, skis, and ski boots, special orders items may be returned within seven days with the original receipt. All special order items must be returned in new condition (unopened, in original packaging, or including original tags still attached) for an 85% full refund. The 15% non-refundable deposit is to cover any return shipping costs associated with the special order return.

All products sold at Allspeed Cyclery & Snow are subject to manufacturer’s warranties. Please see individual manufacture’s warranties for more information or contact us.
